Draw Manager
Conduct your raffle draw — cryptographically secure, verifiable certificate generated
Go to Ticket Orders and make sure every paid order is confirmed and has ticket numbers assigned before drawing.
Two options — type a witness name in the field below, or click Generate Witness Link to create a secure link you can send via WhatsApp or email. The witness opens it on their own phone, watches the draw live, and taps Approve to sign the certificate remotely. Useful if your witness can't be physically present.
Test Draw uses your real ticket data but saves nothing. Run it as many times as you like to check the system is ready.
The drum spins and lands on the winner using crypto.getRandomValues — cryptographically secure, bias-free randomness.
Winner name, ticket number, draw time, and cryptographic seed are permanently recorded. Cannot be undone without the Reset button.
Click Certificate to generate the official draw certificate. Print or save it for your records. If you used a remote witness, their approval is included.
Use Test Draw as many times as you like — it never saves anything. Only click Conduct Draw when you are ready for the official draw.
Prize Baskets
Manage the prize baskets for your raffle
All ticket buyers are entered into a single draw for one prize. Simple — great for straightforward raffles.
Each basket is a separate prize. Buyers choose how many tickets to put in each one — they can focus on the prizes they want most.
Sellers
Add participants who sell tickets — each gets a unique referral link and QR code
Each seller gets a unique link like ketekoha.co.nz/r/yourslug?ref=emily-smith. When a buyer clicks that link and purchases, the order is tagged with the seller's name. Perfect for school groups, sports clubs, and fundraising teams.
Organisation Settings
Your details, bank account and public page links — used for both raffles and events
This bank account is shown on all raffle and event payment pages so buyers know where to transfer funds.
Required for Class 2 raffles (total prize value $501–$5,000) under the NZ Gambling Act 2003. At least one registration number must be on file before a Class 2 raffle can be published. All filled IDs are shown on your public raffle page. Read more here →

Raffle Settings
Configure your raffle details, pricing and status
Set a maximum number of tickets for this raffle. Once the goal is reached, the public page will show Sold Out and no more tickets can be purchased. A progress bar is also shown on the public page so buyers can see how many tickets remain.
Use the fields below to help assess which NZ gambling requirements may apply to your raffle. Enter the total value of all prizes and, if you have set a Ticket Goal, the potential maximum ticket turnover will be calculated automatically.
